??What were your expectations when you joined HN Services, and how do they align with the reality you've experienced?

To be honest, I didn’t have a clear idea of what to expect when I joined HN Services. I came in with an open mind, ready to adapt and learn along the way. What surprised me was how quickly I connected with the team- it’s not something you always find right away.

Of course, there have been challenges- no growth happens without them—but what’s great is how we face them together and continue moving forward as a team. Beyond work, we also know how to have fun and make sure we enjoy the journey. What excites me most now is what’s ahead: new projects, new opportunities, and continuing to grow both as a team and individually.

??It’s been more than six months since you joined HN Services. How has the journey been so far?

The past months have been a mix of learning, challenges, and great achievements. Joining a company in a growth phase - mostly in Cluj, where we just started last year, by opening the second office in Romania - means there is always something new to tackle—whether it’s strengthening the team, refining our processes, or driving strategic initiatives.

What has truly made this journey special is the great team I get to work with every day and the fact that I was part of the Cluj-Napoca’s journey since its beginnings. I know it might sound a bit cliché, but having a team that is supportive, skilled, and genuinely engaged makes all the difference. It hasn’t always been easy, but that’s what makes the journey exciting. I’ve had the chance to contribute to impactful projects, collaborate with amazing colleagues, and be part of a company that’s evolving in a competitive market. There’s still a lot to do, but that’s exactly what keeps me motivated- and when I might lack this motivation, it comes back instantly when enjoying our amazing terrace view over the city and our office located quite in the heart of the city. ??

??What excites you the most about the future of HN Services in Cluj?

In my position as a Business Unit Manager in HN Services, what excites me most about the future of the company in Cluj is the opportunity to keep building something strong and sustainable, even in a challenging market. The IT industry is going through a difficult phase, and growth isn’t as easy or predictable as it used to be. That’s why our focus isn’t just on expansion, but on making smart, strategic moves—whether it’s strengthening our team, securing meaningful projects, or forming valuable partnerships. It’s not going to be easy, and we know the road ahead will have its ups and downs, but we’re committed to sustainable growth, creating meaningful work, and fostering a team that thrives together.

The true excitement comes from knowing that, even in a competitive environment, we can make a real difference for our clients and the community in Cluj. I firmly believe in the value of what we offer to current and future business partners and in the way we work.
