Every Emergency Room Expert: COME TO TEXAS!

I have NEW OPPORTUNITIES for Emergency Services Directors All Across Texas!

I have several hospitals ranging from the small and rural to the large and metropolitan..it really just depends on where you want to land.

I'm going to do this a bit differently for those of you who are used to this song and dance...I'm going to list the city the position is in, and a little about the hospital. The * means it's brand new that just opened up.

*Mission, Texas: This non profit 280+ bed hospital is rated as one of the top hospitals in the country for clinical excellence. They are Joint Commission accredited, and any excess revenues they generate are invested back into the community in the form of enhancements or expansion of equipment, programs, services, and facilities. The cost of living here is lower than most of the United States, and is less than two hours from the beach!

*San Angelo, Texas: Out in West Texas is a smaller 150+ bed facility that is needing someone like their own. If you've got boots or roots in Texas, you're going to be a culture fit for this hospital. If you're wanting out of the city life and want to be introduced to the epitome of Texas living, this is the place to relocate to! This is a 17 bed ER that sees 80 patients a day, but serves the entire community. This rural hospital is a great place for someone wanting to get away from it all.

*Edinburg, Texas: This 400+ bed hospital in Edinburg, Texas is a full service acute care facility, and is one of the first hospitals in the area to introduce open heart surgery, one-day cardiac catheterization and magnetic resonance imaging. This is part of a multi-system that consistently has an increase in profits and patient volume...while also providing more charity care to their communities. The facility is two hours from the closest beach, and has one of the lowest cost of living areas in the country.

*Hillsboro, Texas: Just south of the Fort Worth city limits in a 100+ bed facility with a wide range of inpatient and outpatient, diagnostic, and emergency health services. They recently expanded their med surg unit, and are looking to expand their team. This is a 7 bed ER, so this position would be perfect for a newer ER Manager to step into the shoes of a Director. This particular position only requires one year of management experience for consideration.

STILL INTERVIEWING FOR AN EMERGENCY SERVICES DIRECTOR FOR:

Amarillo, TX

Las Cruces, NM

All of the above positions require at least 3+ years of clinically active management experience, and a BSN for consideration.

I am looking to interview immediately, so send me your resume for consideration. Let me know a good time to reach out to you to share more information on this and other positions I am working to fill.

DID YOU KNOW a whopping 79% of people are least OPEN to hearing about other opportunities, as you never know what people's motivators for change are. Even if this isn't the job for you, pass this along to someone who might be interested, and let me know about other opportunities that WOULD excite you.

Warm Holiday Regards,
