Every E-Signature = One Planted Tree

E-signatures have long been First American’s preferred method to sign documents. Not only are electronic signatures in line with our commitment of leveraging technology to make leasing easier, but they also save trees (no paper) and reduce carbon emissions (no FedEx planes and trucks).

In 2016, we took this initiative a step further. Every time a client selects e-signature over paper for their lease docs, First American will plant a tree with the Nature Conservancy.
