Every day is potentially April Fool's Day...
With the amount of noise that goes on in this world, how do you create a team that is curious, asks good questions, and applies their own thinking?

Every day is potentially April Fool's Day...

The following lines from Seth Godin really got my attention:

"The ease with which someone can invent and spread lies is going to take most of us by surprise. It’s going to require an entirely new posture for understanding the world around us. Every day is April Fools from now on, let’s not get fooled."

These days, anybody can say anything about everything and come across as convincing. There is a multitude of voices out there, clamouring for the microphone of our mind.

More than ever we need a posture that leans in, where you're prepared to apply your own thinking and?test what is out there. Go beneath the surface and find the subtleties below?the noise.

The same goes for?businesses;?we need to teach our?people to think and learn. It’s the only way we can navigate the glut of ideas and opinions we face. How amazing that we live in a world of knowledge, and how urgent the?call is for responsibility.

Where do we start? Ask the hard questions, like, ‘What else do I need to find out?

Let’s promote ‘thinking’ and ‘learning’ cultures.
