??? Not Every Day is a Good Day ??? And That’s Okay ??

``No matter how much you prioritize your health, work on your mindset, and strive to maintain a positive outlook, some days just don’t go as planned. You can meditate, eat all the right foods, move your body, and still find yourself in a funk. And you know what? That’s completely normal.

Since my husband lost his business earlier this year, I’ve noticed the negative self-talk creeping in more than it used to. It’s like that little voice in my head got a megaphone, and suddenly, even the small things felt overwhelming. I’m used to being the one who has it all together, the one who coaches others through their tough times. But this has been a stark reminder that we all have our battles, no matter how much we work on our mindset.

There have been days when I’ve felt defeated, questioning everything from my abilities to my worth. It’s in these moments that I’ve had to remind myself that it’s okay to feel this way. We’re human, after all, and life isn’t always going to be a highlight reel of victories.

The truth is, not every day is a good day. But I’ve also learned that those tough days don’t last forever. As much as today might feel like a mountain I don’t want to climb, I know deep down that tomorrow holds the promise of being a better day. It’s this understanding that keeps me moving forward, even when I don’t have the energy to be positive or strong.

So if you’re feeling like the world is a bit heavier on your shoulders today, know that you’re not alone. It’s okay to sit with those feelings, acknowledge them, and give yourself the grace to not be okay. Because while today might be tough, tomorrow is another chance, a chance to rise, to find a little more peace, and to keep going.
