Every Body Wants To Eat… Few Want To Hunt

Great White Sharks don’t need motivation. Great White Sharks get up early, they bite things, they chase stuff, they’re scary and all the while they constantly remind everything they come into contact with that they are a FREAKING SHARK! As we enter a recession complicated by the new requirement to pay as much as $700 billion in student loan’s we didn’t incur, we are in desperate need of more hunters!

How sharp are your hunting skills? The pandemic and the separation it created means that many people have forgotten how to promote and sell. Something people haven’t mentioned is that many people have forgotten how to buy. Others lost what courage they still had and are afraid to invest in things they actually need and instead opt for the shiniest object they see. These realities are why you must return to being a hunter.

Being a hunter can be a positive thing for both parties. Sales resistance has reached an all time high. People quit practicing their craft. Sales is NOT designed to be hard closing someone but finding a buyer with needs and determining if you can actually fill those needs. Remember the saying “Poor people have big T.V.s and rich people have big libraries?” Everyone has a big T.V. today. Rich people still have big libraries which prove they invest in themselves. Their investment is both monetary and time based. When you have great material to learn from and someone to coach you along the way the world can change rapidly.

The recession, the need for change and the need for more trained hunters has never been more clear to me. The only way we can limit the damage a recession will cause is to limit the time frame it sticks around. I am looking for leaders… I know you’re out there and we need to talk!??
