Taking this a step further, every #1 needs an indispensable #2.
That right-hand man or woman.
The person who is smarter than you (or should be) and you’re okay with that.
Because THEY’RE showing YOU how to get things done more accurately, more efficiently, and with better results.
“I need one of those!” you might be saying to yourself.
Yes, you do!
If you don’t have one (or the one you have isn’t cutting it), think about all that it is costing you NOT having that fantastic #2 performer:
??You’re making mistakes that aren’t who you are, because you’re burned out and you ARE human.
? You’re working with your hair on fire, always under the gun, even missing deadlines.
