Everest Base camp Trekking 16 Days

Iconic Mt. Everest has exerted a powerful draw for a century now. Nowhere in the world is more dramatic then Everest region. Mt Everest is situated along the mahalangur himal in the Khumbu Region of north eastern Nepal. The range forms part of Nepal's border with Tibet. The people of this region are Sherpas, who also inhabit the solu and helambu regions south of the mountain The Everest region trekking is the grandest walk in the land of the Himalayas. Trekking through the Everest region offers astounding Mountain View, and opportunities to get a glimpse into the life of world famous climbers (the Sherpas). It is an opportunity to embark on an epic journey that Sir Edmund Hillary and tensing Norgay set off on in 1953.It's where four of the world's six tallest peaks Mount Everest ,Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu rise above everything else, crowning the towering rides that straddle the forbidding Himalayans.

Our Everest region trekking begins with exploring temples, bazaars and restaurants in the capital city of Kathmandu. The following day we take a flight to Hillary Airport at Lukla, Which is itself a breathtaking experience as you get a bird's -eye view of the entire Himalayan range. The same day we'll take you on a trek around Sagarmatha National Park, and through the colorful surrounding landscapes, Gompas and monasteries enclosed by the soring peaks. The Everest Trekking days are designed to minimize the risk of AMS by limiting daily altitude in Bazaar: explore the town and nearby Khumjung to experience the cluture, lifestyle and beliefs of the Sherpa People. But also because you get a chance to stroll around the village that is home to legendary Sherpas and get acquainted with their cluture and monasteries. As we pass thorough rockly tails, the crisp mountains begin to look more familiar and friendly everyday.

After reaching the summit of Kongma La, as we compose our way to the Everest base camp we marvel at the spectacle of Khumbu Icefall cascading from the western Cwm. Our trek to the view point of kalapatthar is followed by the tough climb through Cho- la that finally take us to the cobalt-blue lakes at Gokyo. After enjoying awe inspiring views from the fifth lake and Gokyo- Ri, we make our way to the next great pass the Renjo- La.

We continue our journey to reach the famous vantage point, Kala Patthar, from where we get a marvelous 360- degree panoramic view of the the world's tallest mountains. Having completed our mission to reach the Everest Base camp, we descend to lukla and take a return flight to Kathmandu.
