Ever have one of those days...

You know those days when you have a million things running through your head all at once and you're so excited and so passionate about what you're doing but you just don't know where to start??

I'm having one of those days.

I truly believe each day is what you make it and you CAN start your day off the right way. Have you ever just felt like you're having a blah day?? You KNOW something's off and you're probably negative about things?? YEP - I've had those days too!!

But I also learned I CAN change that! Something that works for me is to STOP what I am doing and go chill out for a minute. YES, it is OK to take a moment for yourself.

RE-GROUP. RE-FOCUS. RE-APPROACH.

With that being said when I set a goal, I am very tough on myself to achieve that goal and sometimes it doesn't always happen. It certainly isn't though lack of trying though. I ask my team this constantly, "are you putting in as much work and effort as the results you're wanting to get" (or the paycheck you're expecting to see).

Sometimes we've got to have THAT talk in the mirror. Yes, you know THAT talk. I imagine the CEO of Le-Vel, Paul Gravette, shadowing me all day. Would he agree I did everything I could to achieve that goal or would he say "you don't need to be watching TV when you've got goals and lives to change".

Regardless of the business you're in or the company you're with, do everything you do with PASSION!!! Le-Vel is a company that has changed my life and when you're surrounded by such positive, motivating and uplifting people you can help but want to share it with others.

A lot of people ask me why I joined Le-Vel when I have a successful career as a radio personality and journalist? My answer is simple...if you were offered a seat on a rocket ship to success would you sit back and question it or jump on that baby and go for one hell of a ride.

Clearly I'm ready for the ride!!
