Eventually everything connects

To figure out the literal meaning of this phrase, we should summarize the individual meaning of this sentence by pieces. Every= All contents , -Thing= a material thing that can be seen or touched, Is= exist as, Connected= a relationship in which a person, thing, or idea is linked or associated with something else, to Everything. Now, what are some things this statement is actually implying?

There exists a set of given things. There is a relationship “in between” every given “thing” in a set; relationships however, between any ideas or people either do not exist or are simply not being addressed. If it exists in a relationship to all things, it must be in a set of things. If they are things, they are material and concrete. After we have a clear boundary defined as to what we are trying to understand, we can now examine possibilities and go further into detail no within the questions limits. For example, what are the possible types of connections made between the physical objects within the set? What does this tell us about the objects themselves? Anyhow, I realize you may not have meant this literally.

If you are literally meaning to ask this statements meaning: “ Every thing, person, or idea, exists with a connection between every other given thing in the universe..” Then, you are asking something different.. For example, this is not just requiring information from a set about all things, but all things existing in the universe, which is almost impossibly difficult to achieve.. therefore, since we have a incomplete knowledge of the universe at this moment, this leaves the question impossible to answer.

Do you think they mean the laymen's version of the butterfly effect…all things are connected in very real ways…there are ripple effects to all we say or actions we take… say a simple purse snatching is foiled? ok cool, but..is that it..or has this good Samaritan done more…perhaps the act of scaring away the muggers, allows a woman to buy Medicine for her very sick child, a child that instead of being hospitalized, because the illness was not treated soon enough, is well in a few days, so in returning to school, stopped another kid from getting bullied & in that act giving him enough hope to hold on long enough to graduate from school

But in the meanwhile the mother who is not missing tons of work now, gets to keep her job at.. pick anything…but through her work she helps a co worker or customer, maybe you ( she also gets to not get evicted for missing work) & because she was there at work, they were not short-handed & your computer is fixed, which means you turn in your proposal on time & are promoted, your child gets a better school district, meets kids he might not have & goes on to college rather than prison, where he meets a dorm mate that was once real sick when he lived in a lousy neighborhood.

Whereas the other kid can relate because he too remembers having a really lousy neighborhood when he was young & becomes his best support system to keep him focused & they both graduate with a great job waiting & go on to invent a product for help in developing countries, which helps thousands of kids enjoy clean water & a better education.this is one that I too just did not fully understand until these last few years. It took a lot of deep discussion with the other half of my soul (husband) and lots of meditation and transcendent experiences to even begin to grasp it at all, which I honestly know isn’t much compared to what the reality of it all truly is.

Here is the real thing. Don’t try to understand it. It is something that your human mind does not have a chance of understanding. It is not meant to be limited to the parameters required by the human mind for comprehension. But you can feel it and experience it. Basically, the way I have seen it or experienced it is when I have gone into states where I experience the deepest most profound love ever bestowed upon beings in this physical world. This has happened a few times with my twin flame (husband) during intimacy, for example, where I arrive at this experience in which the only way I can describe it is that everything is light, and I am no longer confined to my body. And he is no longer confined to his.

And we have become one with everything that is, ever has been, or ever will be. Remember, there is no way this is really going to mean anything to you until you experience it. Some people call this ego death, which is a very misleading term for it. It implies that there is something wrong with ego, which there is not. There is something wrong with false ego. Ego is necessary to function fully in this world. But when you arrive at oneness, even that true ego also falls away. There is no time.

There is no space. All is one. All is love. All is truth. What that means is that is also true when I am in my normal conscious, everyday state. And if I remember the experience enough, if I bring it back with me from that “place”, I can operate very differently in my every day life. My interactions with “others” is very different. I can sense that oneness, that connection. I can feel love for every single human, for every tree, for every blade of grass, for everything. Cheers!
