Best Practices?
Wondering how to level up your next event? Here are four tactics to design an attendee-driven experience:
- Analyze Attendee Data - The great thing about data is all the ways you can crunch and analyze it. Look at past attendee data to get a better understanding of previous attendees’ experience, which can be helpful in extrapolating for your next event.
- Use Surveys - Use your registration process to reveal what attendees are looking for. Create real-time polling to give sponsors a chance to focus their time on a particular topic during a session. But remember, keep it short.
- Leverage Focus Groups - Uncover insights about your key audience and gain qualitative information to design your product and business strategy. Even Don Draper conducted focus groups to figure out how to sell Lucky Strikes, Chevy's, and John Deere tractors.
- Analyze Social Media - Get an instant view of what attendees are saying about your event, brand, or the industry through social media monitoring.
