Events Lead volunteer

We are looking for a motivated person to drive and manage the end-to-end execution of WIT NL events and contribute to the overall operations of the team by defining and refining workflows and processes that support team efficiency.?

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Women In Tech Netherlands events for the community and with partners.
• Own and ensure the success of Women In Tech events.?
• Coordinate and trigger the event management process.
• Define and refine the events management process.
• Define and refine the Speakers management process.
• Manage the Speaker's pool and the relationships with speakers of the community to support them during the?
• Partner with the Partnership team for events collaboration
• Partner with the Marketing team for media assets creation for events
• Make sure WIT Operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Ask or escalate for the Ambassador's support to unblock processes
• Continuously communicate and align the operations with the Impact Group.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate way, on time, and on budget.
