CERB, in collaboration with the SUN Business Network (SUN BN) and GAIN, hosted a two-day workshop on Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) for over 25 representatives from SMEs and corporations in Pakistan’s food and agribusiness sector. The workshop emphasized the benefits of RBC in enhancing productivity, profitability, and inclusivity. The workshop also included a session from Sabika Shah, Regional Head (Sindh) at the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat For Protection Against Harassment At Workplace. She highlighted workplace harassment protections, while participants explored practical steps like improving grievance mechanisms and advancing opportunities for women.
