An event to remember!

Team TTM was privileged to have been offered the opportunity to be of service during a once in a career occassion.

It was more than 6 months ago that we were approached by our clients CapitaLand Services India to help them plan the celebrations for their upcoming 30 year anniversary.

Everything needed to be perfect, as the invitees albeit 120 were captains of industry from India and included some big names from India INC along with the Global Management Team at CapitaLand.

Overview:

D-Day on 4th of September was super packed with 3 separate events planned at 3 separate locations.

1) The Press Meet at The Legacy Ballroom in St.Regis

2) The Inauguration of their new office at BKC

3) An evening dinner and cocktail reception at By the Mekong on the 37th Floor in St.Regis.

Main Event Highlights.

Our brief was simple, we needed to create an event which portrayed the subtle premiumness that defines Capitaland as a brand.

We had to build something impactful that leaves a lasting impression and yet not go over the top about it.

Thus we did away with the normal LED Walls and huge branding panels and instead replaced those with elegantly designed floral decor, built out a good warm ambience and a simple flow which created a very intimate setting for an exchange of ideas and views.

It had just about enough to thank existing clients and also impress upon invited prospects.

It had just the amount of flexibility for us to first create a quiet dinner setting and be able to transform the space into a party once the formalities were done with.

While we have done this many times before, I would say this was challenging purely from the amount of logistical effort involved. Everything needed to be perfect and the challenge was to deliver 3 events back to back on time. While we had 3 different teams running the 3 sites, the 2 hour timeline we had available to complete the set up for dinner and being able to do it made it all the more satisfying when it came to fruition.
