She brings a wealth of corporate experience to the organization, having previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Guardian Life Insurance Company, Prologis, Inc., and John Hancock Life Insurance. Prior to her HR roles, she held significant leadership positions in insurance, advertising, and communications, gaining valuable P&L experience. Diana Scott is an alumna of Harvard College, where she earned an A.B. degree.
