An Event-Ful First Half of 2024!
CORE Technology
The industry leader in Agritech software solutions for the Dairy, Grain, Milling and Retail Industries.
The first half of 2024 is now under our belts, so we thought it would be a good time to reflect on the past six months and the exciting events CORE Technology has attended. Staying active in industry events helps us stay ahead of key trends, understand challenges in agriculture and retail, and connect with our partners. Here’s a brief recap of the year so far:
January
AgTech Ireland - Amsterdam
We started the year in Amsterdam with our partners, AgTech Ireland, exploring cutting-edge farming technologies. Alongside Irish agribusinesses, we visited farms, research centres, and the Lely factory & farm, gaining valuable insights into advanced technology and robotics in the Dutch agricultural sector as well as learning about some of the challenges faced by the farmers in the Netherlands and the changes they are making to address them.
February
Cultura Technologies SLT - Mitchelstown
We started off the month by hosting the Cultura Technologies SLT in Mitchelstown, where we began collaborating in the office and ended with a wine-tasting session at Ballinwillin House, located in the picturesque countryside of County Cork. A huge thank you to the entire team for contributing to a fantastic week. Culture plays a fundamental role in our operations at CORE, and being part of Cultura only reinforces that value for us.?

Our partner, AgriTech Ireland, invited us to attend Munster Technological University to promote our graduate programme. This was a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to explore various career avenues available here at CORE.?
International Women's Day
A group of our incredible women from CORE Tech had the privilege of attending the "Resilient Industry: Adapting to Change" event hosted by Macra na Feirme and the Agricultural Science Association. This event was a testament to the achievements of women, with a strong emphasis on female empowerment. During the event, we were inspired by discussions about the evolving landscape of leadership roles in traditionally male-dominated industries where women are driving positive change. All proceeds from the event supported Breast Cancer Ireland, a worthy cause that is close to our hearts.
