Event enquiries, ''the devil is in the detail!''

Common sense? It should be but problems arise when we don't get the details correct from the beginning. Make your enquiry form your friend and your system’s thorough, ask the following questions:

  • What is the purpose of the event?
  • What is important to them?
  • Who will be attending the event?
  • What are the key event requirements in selecting the venue?
  • What will influence their decision on venue selection?
  • Who will be supporting in the venue selection and when will a decision be made?
  • Where else are they considering?

LISTEN and UNDERSTAND your customer's requirements.

Looking after our mental health and wellbeing is vital. This year we are honored to be a sponsor for “The Tour de Aky”, a charity bike ride held on 15th July in memory of Mick "Aky" Atkinson, a North Yorkshire Police Dog handler PC1066, who sadly took his own life, after a battle with mental health. This fantastic event will help raise awareness of mental health and donations go towards Mind, Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Andys Man Club.?
