Event Editing: The 5 Video Package Of One Hour Keynote

One major gap with getting a videographer/editor for keynotes is knowing the blueprint for what to expect.

Here is my framework for expectations of a single shooter/editor:

1. 30 second Reel of the event, to show real time experience. May or may not be with clean audio, but to get the essence of the speaker being there.
2. 1 Full edited keynote with no music just start to finish.
3. 30 Second reel of behind the scenes, getting ready and after keynote.
4. 30 second reel with clean audio from event to post immediately, usually one to two bars
5. Full minute to minute plus recap of event with clean audio and music.

For Clients: Not including travel price and camera expectations look to spend at least $500 for this service at minimum and get your original files every time.

For Creatives: This is a base package and if you can't deliver this on your own, get one editor or shooter to knock this out. Never take a more than 2 days for a one hour keynote.
