Culture warriors aren’t the only ones applauding big businesses’ rollback of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Quietly, so are some of corporate DEI’s architects. They haven’t wavered on the principles but say DEI needs an overhaul after companies turned it into a buzzword ripe for attack.
When the Pink Slip Comes via Text or Email
In the hybrid-work era, some companies no longer feel obligated to deliver bad news face to face, or even over a Zoom call. The notice can come via a text message and email. Just ask some of the 1,000 GM workers laid off in recent weeks.

2 个月I think the problem is that there is NO clear definition of what DEI means, it is not uniform over all industries and, therefore, has no meaning creating confusion and descent.
