As you may recall, a few weeks ago I shot a video about omitted property taxes. Since then, I’ve gotten some great feedback about this topic and learned even more useful information you can use, so I decided to continue the discussion. I even had a property tax specialist come to my office and conduct a seminar about the subject, and they had some interesting things to say. For one thing, if a county representative knocks on your door asking to see what home improvements you’ve made, you don’t have to let them in.
