Even good-busy can be a LOT. Right?

This is raw and unedited… are you tired too?

Today this message feels raw and not enough for you. You deserve the best of me. But this is what I've got today … it's real and I'm writing fast & unedited.?

It's mid-afternoon, I'm head down in 3 fab client projects - 1 for tonight, 2 next week … a stack of unread emails are winking at me and I really need to eat something!!

Are you tired too?

A couple of people have messaged me commenting on how much fun I'm having, how do I fit it all in, oh you have so much energy … and it's true. Most of the time. BUT … even being busy with lots of good stuff and grateful ?- and so aware that my 'hard' is nothing like many people's 'hard' - can catch up and wipe me out.


Sometimes it's OK to just admit & accept we're tired!

  • Sometimes we're tired because life is full of good stuff
  • Sometimes we're tired because we're dealing with tough stuff
  • Sometimes we're tired because the season of life we're in is throwing a whole pile of stuff at us AND … HORMONES!!
  • Sometimes we really do need to check in with our health and wellbeing and make some adjustments
  • I'm sure you could add a dozen more reasons to this list…

You've heard it before - don't compare yourself to anyone else's highlight reel


So where's the MoJo boost in that??

It's in giving yourself grace. It's knowing that even when someone looks like they've got it all together, maybe you're not seeing the full picture.

That if you are tired (I'd really love to hear from you if you're NOT tired!!) you're not the only one. And even if you screw up a couple of things, need to ask for help or have to cancel a couple of things to give yourself space … you're still flipping fabulous!

Tonight the sun will set - I hope you sleep well. Tomorrow the sun will rise again - and we'll start afresh!

?I'll probably cringe when I re-read this later … but if this is about being real, here's my right-now list:

Overtired. Overbusy. Overemotional. Overstimulated. Overthinking. Definitely need to get Over Myself!! Over & Out!! ??

?(and I'll never get over how much I appreciate you opening this article week!)
