Even the best ammo in the world needs a clean weapon
Typically primer blow out is due to a dirty gas system. Basically, if the gas system cannot vent pressure as it would, if it were clean and flowing gas at full capacity, it causes an increase in pressure inside the chamber and barrel and expelling the primer. Guns are typically more sensitive to the heavy bullet / high pressure loads so it cannot always be duplicated with other types of ammo with light bullets or less pressure. It is recommended to clean the gus system, before using heavy bullets load, to avoid malfunction or improperly matched for this sort of heavy bullet / high pressure ammo.

8 年We were participants at Quantico military base for a marksman competition. Our guys (ex-military) offered to clean the firearms with TecShield Elite CLP. Cleaned only once, the M-40 machine guns fired 2500 rounds the first day and 2500 rounds the second day without jamming. Needless to say, the participants were amazed. The secret was the dry-lube qualities of the cleaner/lube TecShield Elite CLP.
Owner/Guide STRAIGHTCURL GUIDE SERVICE- DUCK HUNTS
8 年Mr Eldad , thank you for the great info on this , I know several people who don't understand the importance of cleaning their AR'S or semi autos. I guide alot of duck and goose hunts , being around many old and newer semiautomatic shotguns , I see many people have jams and hang ups where their gun is not functioning correctly due to carbon buildup mostly. Most people don't mind me helping them fix the issue ,yet there's been a handful of folks get so upset that they actually throw a $2000 gun into the lake and don't care. Those types I try to actively stray from but there always seems to be a surprise client ! Great info ! Keep it coming !
