I am delighted to share that Evareium’s full ecosystem of tokenization of commercial real estate is progressing at a significant pace. Prior to its official launch, multiple groups have engaged with the company with regards to formulating the implementation of Evareium’s EVT token into their existing and current pipeline of real estate assets — totaling over US$ 5 billion in real estate value. Although of course tentative, this is a very positive sign we believe for EVT’s future.

Evareium’s current Initial token offering (ITO) — EVM — is the first in a trilogy of tokens planned by the Evareium initiative, and represents an investment model oriented towards direct real estate asset investment. Whilst EVM is a fundamental investment token, acquirers of EVM today receive 100% like-for-like credit towards EVT — Evareium’s next token offering which intends to be a utility token.
The opportunity for EVT to impact this vast flow of operational cash flow as an ‘intelligent, digitalized currency’ is on a gargantuan scale like nothing ever seen or that will ever be seen in the crypto-currency space.
Although already detailed in Evareium’s technical white paper, downloadable at www.evareium.io, we’ve now appointed a team of professionals to develop the EVT model fully and we expect to launch the EVT-specific white paper in the coming weeks.
EVT is intended to be the currency that flows through the assets of Evareium’s managed and affiliated portfolios, linking to actual tokenized payments, loyalty programs, affiliate schemes, stakeholder data portals and the Internet of Things (IoT).
What many commentators may have missed when considering the application of blockchain technology to the real estate sector is that Evareium is not simply serving to disrupt the transaction of real estate assets with EVT — such as leasing and buying real estate — but targeting fundamentally the functional components of underlying operations within such properties. For Evareium, the term ‘real estate’ encompasses an entire gamut of hotels and resorts, apartments, commercial units, retail centres, travel and tourism, restaurants and other food and beverage amenities, education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and logistics facilities. In theory, almost every type of commercial real estate application and their underlying operations globally has a potential use case application for our envisaged EVT token.
Not only is real estate the largest asset class in the world with an estimated US$ 220 trillion in value globally, but it hosts operations which comprise the largest industry in the world bar none — with global economic contribution of over US$ 10 trillion per annum — far bigger than the oil, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries.
