3. Evaluate:

?Your choice of supplier is one of the most important decisions you will make during this process. There are many companies offering similar solutions, but whichever you choose will become a key partner for your organisation.

• What level of support and training do they offer?
• Where are they based and will they be on hand to assist during and after the implementation process?
• Who are their other clients and do they have relevant bios and testimonials from others in similar industries to yours?
• When were they established? Have they been around for long enough to be confident that they will still be there as your business evolves and grows?
• How do they go about the implementation process? Do they have a formal plan or process?
