Evaluating ebike cornering speeds

Most ebike give you specs. I went thru and did some cornering and speed test. In cornering I measured speed at entry and speed at exit along with lean to angle.

1. Accelerate up slight incline speed 25 then turn exit turn at 23. Then right turn at 17 and exit at 24. Followed by sweeping turns at 35 mph

cornering right turn at speed. Enter turn at 26 exit at speed 21 mph. Turn angle near 55 degrees

U turn: A right followed by right with slight climb. Enter at 29 exit u at 18 mph

racing a 85 granpa with a 5kw bike. lost on straightaways but regain on turns.
