Marketing is something that brings your product or service in front of the right audience in a right way with a dollar in doors! This is true but, you know the bridge between your product and buyers is marketing or sales person. Here I would like to prefer a marketing or sales team, because only one person is not enough to measure your brand success and obviously only marketing team is also not enough but I’m picking a marketing team only to dedicate this article to all sales and marketing professionals to serve them value. 

I personally love marketing and sales very much because you can sell anything using your talent and earn in any tough situations. 

In any organization the greatest asset is people who are working for them. Jack Welch the CEO of General Electric said in his book, Winning:

“Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.”

Everyday customers are demanding more and more with tremendous solutions and emerging technologies. To meet their needs and stand out in competitors marketing teams have to be upgraded.

To achieve any aims you need proper planning and assets that will go with the process and as a team it is important to agree with the company mission. Human minds are forward so, each team member having their own concerns is important. But, to reach the goal each team member must be aware of exactly what will be the outcome, what is  the competitive environment and how they will beat it.

If you are creating a campaign for a video advertisement, you definitely need people with different skills like, videographer, models, script writer and many others. Right? As a marketing team we need to reformulate the goal and with that stay on the same in the pursuit of the mission. For example, a company's main agenda is the quality of the work for those who are working as well as customer fulfilment with products or services. By putting the needs of the team before your own, the team can be rewarded for their extraordinary efforts and dedication.
