i read your post easy to comment i really feel great effort to start not easy but still would add there are atleast more then 20 work orders lying pending in NJDOT for emergency repair Amtrak NJtransit do not cooperate so under these conditions you will be doing paperwork no real work if you are getting funds you are wrong that fund will go in contractors pocket with no improvement i can bet you on this
