Eurowag to acquire Inelo Group, expanding its market presence across Europe

As a leading pan-European integrated payment & mobility platform, we have recently acquired 100% of the share capital of INELO .?The acquisition of the leading provider of integrated technology solutions, both in Poland and Slovenia, significantly enhances our scale and product capability, while supporting and accelerating the development of our digital end-to-end platform, helping to make the CRT industry cleaner, fairer, and more efficient.

The transaction?for up to €306 million from Innova Capital will expand our geographic footprint across 16 European markets, and roughly double its base of telematics devices. Additionally, our product portfolio will expand by adding mission-critical working time management and fleet management solutions, helping customers increase the efficiency of their operations through digitalization and improving the well-being and safety of drivers.?

With a presence in more than a dozen European markets, Inelo Group is an international leader in transportation solutions. For 20 years, Inelo has been equipping the CRT sector with digital solutions in the areas of GPS satellite localization software. This includes drivers' car location, routing, and vehicle monitoring, as well as software for analysis and settlement of drivers' working time. There are currently approximately 87,000 vehicles fitted with Inelo telematics devices. About 100,000 drivers use Inelo’s software to track their working hours. In addition, nearly 60,000 drivers are settled through its outsourcing service. Further, the Polish brand provides road transport control tools to 42 enforcement authorities in 23 countries.
