European HR Tech Investment Update 11/2024

Again we are taking a look at start-up and scale-up funding in #European #HRTech & #EdTech companies.

This month, there was quite notable activity especially in the AI recruitment space where technology creates massive productivity boosts for staffing agencies and recruitment departments with its AI-powered sourcing, assessment, matching and communication engines.

?? Embankment Group (DK) raised a DKK30M seed round from Seed Capital Denmark and EIFO for its recruitment firm specializing in the environmental industry.

?? Popp (UK) raised a GBP3.6M seed round from Ventures Together , Superseed Ventures , Haatch , Techstars and Emerge VC for its digital resourcer for hiring at scale focused on staffing firms.

?? MONA AI (DE) raised a €2.0M seed round from Earlybird Venture Capital for its automation software for hiring at scale also focused on staffing firms.

?? LearnWise AI (NL) raised a €2.0M seed round from Emerge VC to continue developing their personalized AI assistant to help university students get the help they need.

?? Luca (ES) raised a $2.0M seed round from Shilling VC and Heartcore Capital for its AI-based reading tutor to improve reading ability.

?? OuiLive (FR) raised a €1.5M venture round from WeLikeStartup Partners , The Moon Venture , Investessor and Club Invest IDF for its gamification app for employees to increasing employee engagement and experience.

?? Vinter AI Recruitment Platform (UK) raised a $1.5M seed round from Alcora for SaaS platform enabling employers to manage their recruitment processes and facilitating applicant assessments.

?? clockin (DE) closed another seven-figure funding round to accelerate digitalization for Europe’s deskless workforce with its time & attendance and digital collaboration solution led by D11Z.Ventures GmbH & Co. KG & SCALEHOUSE Capital with the continued support of capacura.

?? Syllog AI (IT) raised a €500k pre-seed round from Techaround VC , Mival Capital and 40Jemz Ventures for its AI-powered learning platform turning existing content into engaging courses.

?? TalentLynk.ai (UK) raised a GBP335k pre-seed round from Haatch for its cloud calling & AI communication platform for recruitment agencies.

?? RogerHR (CH) raised a CHF200k debt financing for its people management platform for satisfied & engaged employees.

?? Gen+ (UK) raised a GBP1.9M grant from the Scottish government for its digital leadership & meta-skills education platform.
