Subject: Partnership Proposal for Investigating Information Cover-ups in Google Search Results and lumendatabase.org
I am writing to you on behalf of APEDANICA, a non-profit association dedicated to forensic technologies and legal expert witnessing since 1992. We are currently engaged in groundbreaking research concerning the unlawful concealment of very relevant information within Google search results. This matter, we believe, is of paramount interest to the field of professional private investigation.
Our ongoing investigations reveal that numerous instances of paid censorship in Google may not only infringe upon transparency but also potentially constitute severe criminal offenses across the European Union. As specialists in this area, APEDANICA offers expert witness testimony to Judges, Attorneys General and Public Prosecutors as well as any Europea Authority, utilizing advanced heuristical methods to uncover and analyze these hidden data streams. In particular, we are focusing on the "COVER-UP" operations, where critical data related to public health, economic activities, electoral processes, and official authority releases are deliberately obscured or removed from Google's search results for illicit financial gains. Such practices pose significant risks, not only to transparency but also to the foundational principles of justice, transparency and accountability within our society.
To this end, APEDANICA is keen on establishing an international partnership with your esteemed organization. We propose a collaborative technological project aimed at empowering European Professional Detectives to access and analyze information that extends beyond the limitations of conventional search engines like Google. This partnership would leverage the Lumen Database, a project by Harvard University, which meticulously indexes what is delisted or obscured in Google searches. Our approach serves as an invaluable resource for investigators worldwide, offering insights into the digital censorship and cover-ups.
Our collaboration could significantly enhance the capabilities of private investigators in Europe by providing them with the tools and knowledge to investigate covered-up information effectively. This not only aids in private investigations but also supports larger efforts in combating international digital crimes and ensuring transparency.
We believe that by joining forces, we can foster a more robust investigative community in Europe, equipped to tackle the complexities of digital age crimes. 2o Entendemos que todos los países de Europa e Iberoamérica, de conocer el uso que hace la Universidad de Harvard de LUMENDATABASE.ORG deberían tener interés en adaptar a sus prioridades lo que estamos investigando y proponiendo.? APEDANICA está dispuesta a financiar, y a buscar financiación internacional, especialmente en países de Europa e Iberoamérica, para mejorar las características actuales y la utilidad del sistema LUMENDATABASE.ORG y prestar servicios para DESENCUBRIMIENTO, DESCENSURADO y DESBORRADO eficaz de información relevante desindexada de Google, y para ello, puede y quiere confiar y transferir su “know how” que posibilite cooperaciones universitarias para estos fines.
