#EURAM2024 - A Celebration of Management Research
We’d like to extend a huge thank you to all of the 1,800 delegates who joined us last week on campus for the EUROPEAN ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT conference. Over the course of the week, the programme included four labs, three keynotes and around 480 paper sessions and symposia.
We were delighted to welcome Nicolai J. Foss from 丹麦哥本哈根商学院 to share his thoughts on reframing managerial authority for our keynote on Wednesday.
On Thursday, 毕马威（英国） 's Leanne Allen and Rachid Hourizi MBE from 英国巴斯大学 discussed AI's ethical challenges.
Our final keynote on Friday was an engaging panel discussion on the future of management research, featuring Andrew Crane , Peter McKiernan, Katy Mason and EURAM President Alessandro Zattoni .
Our practice-focused lab sessions on Tuesday covered topics as diverse as management in the face of regulatory and environmental challenges, and the role of innovation in addressing Grand Challenges. Sir Iain Gray , David A J Brown OBE , Ifor Bielecki , Michael Lewis , Gerard P Hodgkinson , Yasin Rofcanin , Margaret Heffernan , Stella Pachidi , Scott Snell , David Versailles , Valérie Mérindol , Andrea Kelly , Alessandro Giudici , Kathrin Moeslein and Xiaolan Fu shared insights from the perspective of both academia and industry.
