EULAR, ERA, & WCD – The SES Immunology Hubs go on their travels! ?
Our global, open-access online platforms provide balanced, credible, and up-to-date medical education. In 2022, we successfully launched our first platforms within the immunology space: the PsOPsA Hub and the Lupus Hub .?
A vital element of comprehensive global IME delivery is our investment in international congress coverage.??
Together with our global steering committees, we identify key congresses that we would like to cover over a 12-month period. At the congresses, our medical writers attend as many sessions as possible and post live coverage to our social media feeds, sharing key data and news with our followers as soon as it is released. We provide congress digests, key updates, and live coverage over social media – ensuring we disseminate learning with our HCP communities, closing the learning gap for those who are not able to attend themselves.?
We are frequently the top influencer at congresses we attend for our current hubs. Being a top influencer means that of all the tweets surrounding the conference, ours are the ones with the most interaction. In this way, we are ensuring education is provided to the masses through our targeted tweets.?
This summer, our immunology hubs attended the 2023 EULAR - European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology Congress in Milan, Italy. During May 31 – June 3, over 12,000 delegates from around 125 countries met to share the latest scientific breakthroughs in clinical, translational, and basic sciences to guide treatment in rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
The dedicated coverage by our scientific teams secured an average of 1,989 impressions per post, with an engagement of 9.5%. Industry standards consider 0.5% to be a good engagement rate for Twitter , with anything above 1% seen as great – so to be hitting these metrics at such an early point in the platforms’ journeys is a testament to the quality and relevance of the content provided by the platforms.?
