EUDR - Which forest land use change is compliant?

"Conversion of forest to agricultural use" is the definition of deforestation given in Article 2(3). Exist any more changes to the land use of forests that comply with the Regulation?

The Regulation defines deforestation as the conversion of forest land to agricultural use.

Conversion for other purposes, such infrastructure or urban development, is not included in the concept of deforestation. To construct a road, for example, wood from a forest area that has been lawfully collected would comply with the Regulation.
