Euclid Transactional had an active Q1 2024, settling 12 claims for a total payment of $61.7M across 3 jurisdictions, including settlements in the US, Canada, and Germany.? These claims involved matters relating to intellectual property, financial statements, licensing, and compliance with laws, and brings our all-time total paid loss to $762M.?
