On 18 March 2019, the European Parliament’s Directorate-General for Translation (DG TRAD) published a new call for tenders for translation into 19 target languages: Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Portuguese, Slovak, Slovenian and Swedish. The funny thing of this is that you require to choose a minimum of 12 languages, so many SMEs are virtually out for this.
