EU Merger Directive

Following on from the launch of our (ICR) Beyond Borders Insight Series last month, we are pleased to share our update for Hungary from Agnes Szent-Ivany on the forthcoming #EU Mobility Directive.

This Directive provides a harmonized legal framework that helps to facilitate cross-border transactions through #conversions, #mergers or #divisions throughout the EU/EEA and our most recent update advises on how this will be specifically implemented in, and affect, Hungarian law.
