Excellent Conference

I wish to acknowledge, on behalf of my colleagues, the excellent service we received during our recent conference at The Grand Hotel in Malahide in November 2017. The experience of the Event Manager ensured that attention to detail was exceptional during the planning and implementation of the event, providing great advice and suggestions to ensure all our requirements were met.

The availability of various meeting rooms that could be modified to suit any requirement was a bonus. The hotel is situated in a stunning location with easy access to Dublin airport and the city centre. This enabled delegates from various Member States to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Malahide, with the option for easy access to the city centre. Accommodation was excellent and the food was delicious. Each staff member had a smile on their face and this really does make a difference. The success of our conference was obviously important to all staff and this was evident throughout the event.

I have received very positive feedback from delegates who attended the conference. The service provided by the Grand Hotel ensured this was a very successful event.
