As part of our mission to onboard the next billion users into Web3, ensuring the security of our users’ digital assets is a top priority.
In the effort to offer greater transparency around Ethlas’s high security standards, we’ve engaged Hacken, a leading independent security analysis service, to conduct an audit of our core platform contracts that are used across our product offerings. We’re excited to announce that we received a 10 out of 10 rating for every criteria of the smart contract audit, which can be viewed here.
In the first quarter of 2022 alone, more than $1 billion of assets were lost due to hacks and exploits. Recently, even FTX was not immune to vulnerability exploits as a hacker made away with approximately $200 million of user assets. This highlights the importance of security in Web3, and wallet holders now more than ever need a system to ensure the safety of their assets at all times. We’ve brought together a world-class team of experts to tackle this industry-wide problem, in order to bring safety and security to everyone in Web3.

Introducing the Team
Core to our focus on security is Ari Medvinsky, Ethlas’s CTO and co-founder. Ari has several decades of experience in building security products and platforms with some of the world’s leading tech companies such as Microsoft,? Google and Grab. Ari holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Southern California, with focus on computer security and distributed systems.
Ethlas’s integrity team consists of engineers with over 100 combined years of experience building intelligence and security tools. Together, we’re committed to providing users with robust security tools so they can feel safe when making transactions on the blockchain.
