How do I define ethics? Why do I consider the implementation of AI technology should be a primordial factor that needs to be transparent and/or even regulated when this is involved in any business process that will include even the slight chance to interact with customers or have their data processed?

Ethics is concerned with the moral principles that govern human behavior. It involves making decisions that are fair, just, and morally right. In the context of AI, ethics is concerned with ensuring that AI systems are developed and used in a way that is aligned with ethical principles. This includes ensuring that AI systems are transparent, explainable, and accountable.

The intersection of ethics and AI in business digitalization is an important issue that needs to be addressed. This is because AI has the potential to cause harm if it is not used ethically. For example, AI systems can perpetuate biases, discriminate against certain groups of people, and make decisions that are unfair.
