The Ethical Choice: How Great Leaders Make Decisions Differently

I'm on a quest.

I’d like to help leaders and executives and people in general, make ethical and better decisions by applying a simple Black and White Decision Framework that I learned as a former CEO who went astray and ended up in a Federal prison. Many of you know my story.

Essentially, this framework eliminates the danger zone “gray areas” for decisions and makes the ethical decisions easy to identify and choose because the choices are now clearly black and white.

It’s a big dream, and that’s where I need help...

I’d like to speak with a few people “on the inside” for advice about how organizations and people are currently approaching making great ethical decisions and teaching their team members or families to do the same.

Do you know anyone like that who would let me pick their brain and trade ideas? A corporate executive? A team leader? A senior HR pro? A company or departmental leader who seems to make great ethical decisions every time? A super fancy-pants big wig?

There may even be an opportunity to partner with me on a “pilot version” of the new program I'm working on – which basically means they’d end up with an Ethical Decision Making Framework that they can use to teach and coach their team members at no cost to them. Win-win!

If you know someone like this and would be willing to make an introduction, send a quick reply via messenger or to [email protected] and I’ll take it from there!

I really appreciate you helping me spread this message.

Thanks in advance.
