?Bitcoin?continues it's 'boring' price action (+1%). It's now traded between 18K to 25K for 130+ consecutive days, with a new report by Bloomberg revealing BTC's 30-day realised volatility “dropping sharply", as select commodities and stocks become more volatile.?
?Although some analysts warned low volatility, low volume may not be a good mix.
?Ethereum remains +2% in the last 7 days, with ENS, SNX, AAVE, QNT and FXS the big movers on the upside.
?Censorship concerns continue to grow as >51% of the blocks produced on Ethereum are now complying with the U.S. sanctions. Up from 20% only a few weeks ago, with the rise due to validators using external software 'MEV-Boost' that complies with OFAC sanctions.?
?It means a majority of Ethereum blocks are not processing certain transactions, although it?doesn't?mean these parties cannot transact, it just might take slightly longer to find a validator who is accepting OFAC transactions.
?The Texas State Securities Board is investigating the US subsidiary of FTX over an alleged unregistered securities offerings relating to its yield product.
?A copy of the still-in-progress Digital Commodities Consumer Protection Act (DCCPA) leaked to GitHub. The bill is a major step towards bringing regulation to centralised cryptocurrency exchanges. There are concerns the bill could threaten decentralised platforms or DeFi.
?In further signs of tough market conditions, the crypto investment firm reportedly laid off more than a third of its staff only a year after its $1B raise. Binance also?pledged?$500M in loans to support struggling crypto miners who're also feeling the pinch.
?Solana's biggest NFT marketplace Magic Eden no longer?requires?traders to pay creator royalties. It comes as rival marketplaces and projects such as DeGods?opted out?of royalties.
?The payments giant will partner with Paxos to offer institutions crypto products such as trading, custody, and security management.?Mastercard's Chief Digital Officer explained the industry is on the "cusp of really going mainstream".??
