In 2016, right after the big hotel opening, @Rodrigo Ramos started his career at W Amsterdam as a Welcome Desk Agent. Five months later, he scaled his way up and got promoted to a Welcome Desk Manager. Even though it was a great learning experience, Rodrigo kept following his gut and joined the Sales team, where he has been working since then.?

Even though he's not particularly the biggest fan of the Dutch weather, after visiting The Netherlands for "just a vacation trip," Rodrigo never returned to Brazil, as he could not even picture himself living elsewhere besides this Kikkerland, lucky us! ??

After trying to get to know some of his secrets, we found out that when Rodrigo is not rocking sales, he enjoys reading books, watching Netflix, and catching flights to attend gigs of his favorite Soul & Jazz artists.?

The "If You're Not Having Fun, You're Doing it Wrong"- W Amsterdam's mentality, and making both guests and colleagues happy, it's what Rodrigo loves the most about being part of W Amsterdam. As socializing, meeting new people, and expressing his creativity made him choose hospitality in the first place. Now, and after two very challenging years, meeting new clients face to face and welcoming them at W Amsterdam could not make Rodrigo happier.?
