By understanding and accepting this, we can begin to live with greater freedom and foster healthier relationships.

Impermanence reminds us that no situation, feeling, or relationship remains the same forever. This truth, while sometimes challenging to accept, offers us a profound opportunity to appreciate the present moment fully.
