A devoted teacher named Eswar resided in the charming Indian town of Mettukudi, surrounded by tranquil rivers and verdant meadows. Eswar had an unrivalled enthusiasm for teaching, yet he frequently doubted his own skills. He was concerned that he lacked the abilities necessary to motivate his students and have a big influence on their lives. Everyone in Mettukudi could see Eswar's commitment despite his self-doubt. He always smiled warmly as he walked to the little rural school in the morning. Since they were aware that Eswar's classroom was a place of learning and development, the kids anxiously anticipated his arrival.
An elderly, intelligent man named Bhaskar came to the school one lovely day when Eswar was getting ready to teach. Bhaskar has visited several communities, imparting his knowledge and guiding people on their journeys. He went up to Eswar after noticing the worry in his eyes. "Eswar, my friend, why do you look so troubled?" Bhaskar politely enquired. "I feel like I'm not skilled enough to be a great teacher," Eswar said with a sigh. I worry that I won't be able to assist my students in realising their greatest potential.
"Don't worry about your skills," Bhaskar remarked with a soft smile. Possess the bravery and self-assurance to handle any circumstance. Even though we sometimes fail to recognise it, life has a way of educating us via little events. Accept these encounters and incorporate them into your path. Eswar was curious. "What do you mean, Bhaskar?" "Every obstacle you encounter, every error you make, and every lesson you learn contributes to your knowledge and wisdom," Bhaskar clarified. These encounters help you become a more effective educator. Keep in mind that only educators like you has the capacity to improve their abilities for the following generation. No matter where you are, take pride in your position.
Eswar made the decision to welcome every situation and take lessons from it after being moved by Bhaskar's remarks. With fresh self-assurance, he went back to his classroom and started teaching with greater vigour. His pupils were inspired to study and develop after noticing the shift in him. Eswar made the decision to take his children to a neighbouring forest one day for a field trip. He wanted children to understand the value of protecting nature. Eswar told them stories about the many flora and creatures they saw while they were exploring the jungle. The pupils' eyes widened in awe as they listened carefully.

Eswar observed a small child called Arjun during the tour who was very interested in the flora. Arjun was curious and asked a lot of questions. Eswar gently answered each inquiry after noticing the glimmer of interest in Arjun's eyes. "Why do some plants have thorns, Eswar sir?" Arjun enquired. "Thorns help protect the plants from animals that might eat them," Eswar said with a smile. It's how they protect themselves. Arjun gave a contemplative nod. "Just like how we learn to protect ourselves by gaining knowledge and skills?" Eswar felt a surge of pride. "That's right, Arjun. Learning is how we develop and defend ourselves.
Eswar's influence in Mettukudi increased with time. His pupils did exceptionally well in school and went on to accomplish amazing things. In order to share their accomplishments and show their appreciation, they frequently went back to the hamlet to see their cherished instructor. Eswar's influence was not limited to the classroom. He encouraged everyone to be proud of their heritage, planned communal activities, and instructed locals in sustainable agricultural methods. Everyone in Mettukudi was impacted by his enthusiasm and determination. Bhaskar joined Eswar one evening as he sat by the river, thinking back on his voyage. Bhaskar grinned and remarked, "Eswar, you have come a long way."
