Donald Smith is on his deathbed and knows the end is near.
His nurse, his wife, his daughter and two sons are all gathered at his bedside with him.
He asks for two witnesses to be present and a camcorder to be in place to record his last wishes.
When all is ready he begins to speak:
"My son Bernie, I want you to take the Mayfair houses."
""My daughter, Sybil, you take the apartments over in the east end."
"My son, Jamie, I want you to take the offices over in the city Center ."
"Sarah, my dear wife, please take all the residential buildings on the banks of the river."
The nurse and witnesses are blown away by his extensive holdings. As Doug slips away, the nurse says:
"Mrs. Smith, your husband must have been a very hard working man to have accumulated so much property."
Sarah replies, "Property? The dimwit had a paper route."

WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEAD A LONG TIME AGO, BUT IT WAS THE BLOOD OF JESUS THAT KEPT US ALIVE. WHEN JESUS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING US ALIVE, WE HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO BREAKOUT IN A PRAISE OF THANKSGIVING. TELL JESUS THANK YOU, BECAUSE THE BLOOD IS ON YOUR SIDE. THE BLOOD IS ON YOUR SIDE. THANK THE LORD JESUS FOR ALL HE HAS DONE, BECAUSE THE BLOOD OF JESUS IS ON YOUR SIDE. GO AHEAD AND TELL HIM THANK YOU. HE IS THE ONE WHO IS PROVIDING THE SHELTER AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WEATHER. HE IS PROVIDING THE FOOD, AND HUNGER DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. HE IS THE ONE WHO IS PROVIDING US WITH THE MONEY, AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MANIPULATIONS OF MEN. I CANNOT TELL IT ALL WHAT JESUS IS REALLY DOING FOR US.
