Estamo Portuguese state company for sale of state real estate, puts on sale land in Olivais for tower of 30 floors

The Portuguese State, through Estamo, has for sale a land in the Olivais, in Lisbon, with 42,155 square meters and where three buildings can be built, including a tower of 30 floors and 135 meters high, a news published this week in the Portuguese press.
The land is located on Avenida Dr. Alfredo Bensaúde and borders the urbanization of Portela and the Military Laboratory. It is free site, a land without construction and Estamo set the base price for the sale by 34.9 million euros.
According to the newspaper Estamo made a request for prior information (PIP) to the Lisbon City Council in November last year, which has not yet been approved in which it is expected that about half of the area will be occupied by green spaces and that the rest include residential buildings, offices, trade and equipment with a total area of 71.5 thousand square meters.
