Establishing a Major Social Media Presence Independent from His Partners with Attorney John DeGasperis
Attorney John A. DeGasperis, Esq. didn’t let his partners’ lack of enthusiasm for social media keep him away, and now he is reaping the benefits. Beginning during Covid, he has gathered 76,000 TikTok followers and 2,300,000 million likes. ?

1. Individual branding provides security.? 3. Facebook is a frequently neglected source of leads. You may not remember my earlier interviews with Ali Awad, but a year ago he reported that Facebook was his #1 source of leads.? Today we heard John report that Facebook is also a lead source for John.? A big reason Facebook works so well is that a higher percentage of your Facebook followers will be local, and will know you well.
4. Social advertising works exceptionally well for mass torts. ?The precise targeting available with social ads makes them ideally suited to mass torts.? I have heard about major success with their mass tort campaigns from Kyle Newman, Miriah Soliz, and now John.??
5. Social media is a magnifier.? Whether or not you can directly attribute leads to your social media posts, know that it is increasing your visibility.? The trick is efficiently maintaining an active and engaging presence.? As John points out, time spent creating videos is time not spent on your cases and clients.
