Established Christian Female Coaches: How to Use What is in Your Hands (Part 1)

Exodus 4:2: So the?Lord?said to him, “What?is?that in your hand?” He said, “A rod.” There is A LOT of noise in the online space. So often as coaches, we end up investing in programs just to ensure that we know what we already know!

I truly believe that as Established Christian Female Coaches, being in environments that support you in IMPLEMENTING is key to shifting into your NEXT LEVEL Income & Impact.

You don't need to create a new program or join another social media platform, I truly believe that using what you already have is important.

For instance, instead of creating a new offer, refine the one you currently have so that it speaks to the NEXT LEVEL Ideal Client that you desire to work with. Ask yourself, "What is the transformation he/she desires, and how does my offer provide it?"

When you speak about your offer, ensure that you are viewing it "through the lens of the transformation" that you provide. This means that you no longer lead with the fact that they get:

• 12 Zoom Calls (after these past 2 years, people are all Zoomed out)
• A 30 Page Workbook (no one is enthusiastic about a workbook)
• A Facebook Group (everyone offers these)

Etc. Instead, speak about how by joining your program, they will be able to:

• Have a loving and healthy marriage that is filled with passion and joy (which eliminates them from heading to Divorce Court)
• Create a 6-figure business without needing a bunch of tech, a huge email list, or social media following (which keeps them from having to spend all day online)
• Lose those last few stubborn pounds without counting calories and still eating the foods that they love (which means they can get off the medications, fit back into their favorite pair of jeans, and enjoy time playing with children)

When you are able to speak to the transformation, you allow them to see that the investment is better off with you vs. remaining in their account. The power in being able to view what you offer in this way works for ANY type of coach (so, you don't have to be a coach that helps other people make money).

By doing this, my clients have shifted from selling their offers for $1,000 or $2,000 and have been able to now sell them for $3,000, $5,000, and even $10,000+! Now, my clients have shifted from 5-figure months into 5 figure WEEKS:

• One client has closed OVER $30,000 in ONE WEEK
• Another client closed OVER $19,000 in ONE WEEK
• Another one closed OVER $11,000 in ONE WEEK
• While yet another one closed OVER $20,000 in 3 WEEKS

Not to mention the clients who have:

• Gone Live for the 1st time EVER
• Consistently shown up for the 1st time EVER
• Booked out their Virtual Events
• Signed their 1st 3 Paying Clients

So, let's use what you already have in your hand, which is your current offer, and let's repackage it into your NEXT LEVEL Offer!
