I think. that the greatest examples are all based on these principles of positioning. Each brand tries to be creative, but all these tips go to fundamental things like EST Model for example. All people are waiting from you some combination of these 6 things:

-Cheapest

-Experienced

-Biggest

-Fastest

-Hottest

-Easiest

In our agency, we use these principles for our customers - to fit the expectations of their clients. People lose tons of money on their marketing just because that expectations are different all the time, and business owners and digital marketers mostly don't even care or know about them.

They think about the creatives conversion, website conversion, but this is the beginning of any instrument, this is how the customer understands your product and then you can understand how to package it right. For example, design always comes from meaning.

Simple, guys, all customer knows and keeps in their had automatically what types of goods, services they are purchasing, they are not fools, their subconscious says them that, but what trouble when expectations about your brand are not the same with the reality! What happens in that exact moment for your business??

They go out and you can lose up to 80% of your LTV which is the biggest money for every business during the year!!! And they can lose up to 70% of interest because they see that in marketing ad they fell one thing, then they come to the website they see another, and you just lost money HERE!!

Most of you don’t even know about that, you can’t calculate that, because you don’t know that. Which digital guy does say you THAT REASON for low conversion on your website?? They would redesign it 50 times, scratch more money, but this would not help, just because they don’t know that important theory.

That’s one of the reasons why small businesses close, they make and package the products the wrong way, they don’t calculate this vision of their product in the eyes of their customers! And that’s the reason why big, giant companies sometimes lose millions, they don’t calculate that!

Amazon - here we go, they position themselves like Biggest - that's about 50% of their offering, all we know that you can find there everything! Ok, next Easiest goes - even the good is from different suppliers, they keep it in their warehouses, which are in many countries, cities and you can get all needed goods at once just in 1 click! Payment is easy, delivery and documents, all touchpoints are easiest! Ok go next - Cheapest, it is true, that most of the goods are cheaper than you buy in retail cuz of the expenses and automation possibilities of Amazon! A

nd cheap goods are very very popular there! Ok, next, it is the Fastest! Hottest - why? Because always all new things in the world come to Amazon first and you can find all trendy things there and purchase them right away! They were Experienced because 8 years ago to buy services and all gods via the internet was not mainstream. So now it is, but they created a new experienced thing - their ecosystem, where everybody can get their points and use/spend them in their ecosystem - empire! They are experienced present days still!

WHAT SMALL-MIDDLE BUSINESSES HAVE TO DO WITH THAT?

Don’t look at these guys, because they are huge! Most mistake, that I see in my clients work - they try to copy giants, when they don’t have such capabilities truly to close them, don’t try to trick on customers, they know and see everything, even you package one way and present another way - they are not fools, you will lose anyway, long or shore perspective!

For smaller brands, you should choose one/two, maximum of three, and very profitable points, double-check it is the thing, and it will not going to destroy your business in the short and long perspective of development, self cost and other commercial questions. Don’t try to be everywhere for everybody, calculate the best points and try to be BEST in one of them at least! It is better! After you reached absolute success in 1 or 3 of them (which can be not so soon) - then start thinking about other points!

HOW TO UNDERSTAND WHICH POINTS TO INTEGRATE?

MAKE CUSTOMERS SERVEY URGENTLY! Only this way you will understand 100% correct information, customers will tell you which points they feel and they were the key to their decision! You have to ask not only successful customers! Ask people, who did not purchase! They will tell you all the truth about your organization! They are the most valuable people in your company!

As soon as you are sure you did the survey right asked 3 types of people: who did not purchase, who recently purchases, who are your long-time customer (why are they with you?)

WHAT IS THE RESULT OF THAT INTEGRATION FOR YOUR REVENUE?

Now you the real reasons why people choose you and not choose you, you know where you lose customers and now you can fix that!
