I heard it said that not all leaders can become great leaders but all can become better leaders. I totally agree with this. One might even add that good leadership is mostly attained through persistence, self-discipline and hardship. And, if others decide to follow you, it may also mean that you have character, impartiality and humility...essential traits no good leader can do without!
